This is the kind of stuff that turns me off completely. If they were more honest up front saying "Hey that model is not going to happen unless x, y, z" I am not going to pout and complain and would actually appreciate the honesty. I have multiple very hard to acquire rolex models which I've purchased throughout many ADs so I know how this process works. So as long as you have the right expectations, the people here are nice and friendly which is saying more than some places. But be prepared to "play the game" and spend money in things you may not want. I refuse to do so and therefore won't be pursuing any pieces from here anymore."
