My recent online shopping attempt with Shreve & Co. was frankly, a terrible experience, and I'm sharing this as a cautionary tale. After trying to use their online inquiry form for a specific Rolex model, I received no confirmation, no follow-up, and felt completely ignored. I walked in with some trepidation, as I wasn’t sure how I would be treated - since I was interested in Rolex and I had heard so many bad stories of Rolex AD’s. And unfortunately, my visit only confirmed those fears, as there were no models to look at, and the salesperson seemed entirely disinterested. I felt compelled to leave this review and engage with customer service because this level of neglect, especially for a luxury brand, is simply unacceptable.

Customer: I'm really upset about the lack of response to my online inquiry and the dismissive treatment I received in-store. CS Rep: I'm truly sorry to hear that, and I understand your frustration. Could you please tell me more about your online inquiry and when you visited our store? Customer: I submitted an inquiry about a specific Rolex model online last Tuesday, and then visited your Palo Alto store on Thursday. There was no follow-up from the online form, and when I came in, there were no models to see, and the staff seemed to confirm all those "bad stories of Rolex AD’s" I'd heard. I felt completely disregarded. CS Rep: That's absolutely not the experience we want our customers to have, especially after an online interaction. I sincerely apologize for the lack of follow-up on your inquiry and for the disappointing experience you had during your visit. That's a serious oversight on our part. Customer: It truly was disappointing. I just wanted some basic acknowledgment, not to feel like an inconvenience. It makes me question engaging with your brand again. CS Rep: I completely understand why you feel that way. We definitely need to improve our online response system and ensure our in-store team provides consistent, excellent service. Could I get your contact details and the specific model you inquired about? I'd like to personally look into both the online form issue and follow up with the Palo Alto store management, and see if we can at least provide you with an update on availability.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap of feeling unheard and undervalued.
